We are currently seeking a candidate to fill an entry level Sales Executive position.
As an entry level Sales Executive, you will meet one on one with potential clients to develop relationships and grow our client base. Universal is looking for someone who is committed to growing their career in the sales and business development field.
Be able to meet individual sales quotas and help train others to do the same.
Learn sales team leadership and development.
Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geographical event's space.
Use functional and technical knowledge of our clients’ products to meet or exceed customer needs.
Establish and maintain excellent communication and sound working relationships with co-workers.
Actively participate in scheduled company sales meetings, district and regional conference calls and other business meetings.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
2+ years of sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Experience in publishing, education, or technology sales
Ability to influence decision makers and close sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong time management skills
